Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. You can upload a model and preview pricing without creating an account. An account is only needed when you want to save quotes, manage models, or place an order.
How is the instant quote calculated?
Pricing is based on model volume, material usage, quantity, and estimated machine time. Tax and shipping are confirmed before checkout.
What materials are available?

How long does production take?
Production time depends on the size, material, and complexity of your order. Many straightforward parts are completed within a few business days, while larger or more detailed jobs can take longer.
Where do you ship?
Currently shipping within Canada only. Live delivery options appear once you enter a Canadian delivery address.
Can I request special colors or materials?
Our standard colors and materials are listed on the materials page. Contact us if you need help choosing one for your model.
Are my uploaded files private?
Yes. Uploaded files are treated as private and are used only to generate your quote, prepare your print, and complete your order.
Do you check if my model is printable?
Yes. We run basic printability checks during upload, including issues like thin walls, model size, and geometry problems that could affect the final print.
