Fair and simple refunds

3D printing is a custom process. Every part is made specifically for your model, so refunds depend on the stage of your order and the nature of the issue. We aim to be reasonable and work with you if something goes wrong.

1. Before production

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before printing begins.

2. During or after production

Once printing has started, refunds are not guaranteed because the part is already being manufactured. However, we may offer partial refunds or reprints depending on the situation.

3. If there is a printing issue

If your part arrives with clear defects caused by printing (such as major structural failure or incorrect dimensions due to production error), we will:

  • Offer a free reprint, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund

4. Design-related issues

We are not responsible for problems caused by the design of your model, including:

  • Parts that do not fit as intended
  • Thin walls, weak structures, or breakage during use
  • Design errors or incorrect dimensions in the original file

We perform basic printability checks, but final design responsibility remains with you.

5. Appearance and finish

Minor surface marks, layer lines, or small visual differences are a normal part of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Requesting a refund

To request a refund or report an issue, contact us with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the issue, if applicable

8. Our approach

We aim to handle every case fairly. If there’s a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right while keeping expectations realistic for custom printed parts.
